Recently, for the first time, a proposal by the Railway Ministry to the Union Cabinet has reportedly removed “India” and replaced it with “Bharat” in its entire content. Especially for Google users in India, if you look carefully in Hindi language, Google is now preferring to use “Bharat” instead of “India”. Additionally, English to Hindi translations always show India in English and “Bharat” in Hindi. Google Translate also provides other nouns for “India” such as “Hindustan” and “Bharatvarsh”.
