The murder of an 8 year old child has created a stir in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The child was first kidnapped and then strangulated to death. The child’s body was found buried in the soil. The child’s family has accused the neighbor of murder.

In TP Nagar police station area of Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh, on Wednesday morning, police recovered the body of an 8-year-old minor from the foundation pit of a house under construction in her village. It is suspected that after killing the girl, the accused ran away leaving the body behind.
According to the police, the 8-year-old girl went missing while playing outside the house at 3:30 pm on Tuesday. When she did not return till late evening, the family started searching for her.
It is said that the girl’s body was recovered from the foundation pit of a nearby under-construction house. After this this information was given to the police. According to the girl’s family, the girl’s body has been recovered. The family members are expressing fear of murder by strangulation.
A police officer said that prima facie there seems to be a possibility of murder of the girl. There is a possibility that she was murdered by strangulation. FSL team has reached the spot and is investigating. The police is investigating the entire matter. Correct information will be available only after the post mortem report comes.
