The suspect was an Afghan: Trump
US President Donald Trump has described the shooting of two National Guardsmen as an act of terrorism and stated that swift and decisive action will be taken in this case. He stated that according to information provided by Homeland Security, the suspect was an Afghan. Trump said, “This heinous attack was an act of evil, an act of hatred, and an act of terror. It was a crime against our entire country, a crime against humanity. The hearts of all Americans tonight are with those two members of the West Virginia National Guard and their families.”
“Every foreigner from Afghanistan should be re-vetted”
Trump said, “The Department of Defense is confident that the suspect in custody is a foreigner who entered our country from Afghanistan, which is hell on earth. We must now, under the Biden administration, re-vet every foreigner entering our country from Afghanistan. If they can’t love our country, we don’t want them. America will never bow to terror. The Biden administration has allowed 20 million undocumented foreigners from around the world to enter.
