A major accident has occurred in Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir. According to the information, an SUV car slipped and fell into a deep gorge on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, in which ten people died. The officers provided this information. He said that the car was going from Srinagar towards Jammu and fell into a 300 feet deep gorge in Battery Chashma area of Ramban at around 1:15 am.
Officials said that ten people died in this accident. As soon as the information was received, police and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) personnel reached the spot. Officials said bodies of ten passengers were recovered amid heavy rain.
He said that the deceased also included 47-year-old Balwan Singh, a car driver from Amb Garota village in Jammu and Vipin Mukhiya Bhairgang from West Champaran in Bihar. Officials said that the rescue operation is going on at the spot.

He said, “My deepest condolences to the bereaved families.”
Singh said, “I spoke to Ramban Deputy Commissioner Baseer-ul-Haq after learning about the tragic road accident in which ten people were killed when a vehicle fell into a deep gorge on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway near Battery Chashma. Died.”
On November 15 last year, a bus fell into a deep gorge in Doda district, killing 39 people and injuring 17.
